Our beginner Yoga Course runs over 4 consecutive weeks. Each 90 minute class will introduce absolute beginners to the art and science & philosophy of Yoga including foundation postures, transitions and modifications for those with injury or disease, introduction to correct breathing and relaxation. this is a great place to start if you are new to yoga or returning after a break or injury. This course is taught by Senior Yoga teacher and Musculoskeletal Therapist Jodie Gillam-Pendergast who has 14 years experience in health care and Yoga.
